jasmine green tea pearls

  • Jasmine Pearl Green Tea is packed with antioxidants that can help protect your skin against damage from free radicals and UV radiation. Its anti-inflammatory properties can also help reduce redness and irritation, while its astringent qualities may help tighten pores and prevent acne.
  • Blackberries contain huge amounts of a critical bioflavonoid that helps boost collagen production, relieve inflammation, and protect against cancer.
  • Blueberries contain the same type of bioflavonoid that blackberries have, and are also great for your eyes.
  • Lemons are a natural source of vitamin C and citric acid, which work together to brighten and even out skin tone, as well as exfoliate dead skin cells.
  • Pineapples contain enzymes that help relieve inflammation.
  • Rosemary is an amazing antioxidant-rich herb, and is famous for its preservative properties. Rosemary stimulates circulation, which helps give  your skin a rosy glow.

pitcher and two glasses of fruity tea with fresh lemons and berries

Ingredients You Need For This Tasty Tea Punch

Note: All fruit can be fresh or frozen, whichever you have and prefer!

*The tea is naturally sweet, but if you need an extra boost of sweetness, you can add a touch of raw honey or maple syrup while it’s still hot.

How To Make This Anti-Aging Fruity Tea Punch

  1. Start by placing the Jasmine Pearls in a paper tea filter or muslin cloth tea bag. Add the tea bag into a large pitcher with the hot water, and let it steep for 3 minutes. Use a timer like one of these digital kitchen timers, or set the timer on your phone.
  2. While the tea is steeping, place the fruits and fresh herbs in a large mixing bowl and gently crush them with a muddler or wooden spoon to release the juices.
  3. Remove the tea leaves and add the fruit and fresh herbs to the pitcher with the tea. Stir well and let it steep until it cools to room temperature.
  4. Once the tea is cool, pour it over ice and enjoy! You can store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Keep in mind that tea doesn't have any natural preservatives, so it's best to prepare it fresh every day.

Would this work as a cold brew? If yes, same order of operations or just toss it all in there together?
